Preheat the oven to 200ºC/180ºC fan-forced.
Heat half of the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the lamb mince and the HelloFresh Ras el Hanout and season well with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the mince browns.
Finely slice the capsicum. Spread the tomato paste over each Lebanese bread. Scatter the lamb mince over the bread, top with the red onion, capsicum, and drizzle with the remaining olive oil. Place on a lined baking tray and pop in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the base is nice and crispy.
Finely chop the parsley. Quarter your pizzas and then top with a sprinkling of parsley and a handful of washed rocket on each. Enjoy.
