Cooking Steps

Cook the veggies
1

• Trim baby broccoli.
• Slice lemon into wedges.
• Roughly chop pancetta.
• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat. Cook baby broccoli,
trimmed green beans and pancetta, tossing, until golden, 5-6 minutes.
• Transfer to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and cover to keep warm.

Cook the chicken
2

• While the veggies are cooking, in a large bowl, combine chicken tenderloins,
savoury seasoning, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
• Return = pan to medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook chicken
tenderloins, tossing, until browned and cooked through, 3-4 minutes each side.
TIP: Chicken is cooked through when it is no longer pink inside.

Heat the mash
3

• Meanwhile, transfer mashed potato to a medium heatproof bowl.
• Microwave until hot and steaming, 3 minutes.
• Stir through Parmesan cheese until combined. Season with pepper.
• In a second medium heatproof bowl, microwave homestyle gravy in 30 second
bursts, until warmed through.

Finish & serve
4

• Divide Parmesan mash between plates.
• Top with chicken and pancetta greens.
• Serve with gravy and lemon wedges. Enjoy!

Review summary

Updated on Oct 2026
  • Flavour: One reviewer found the overall dish very salty, noting the combination of pancetta, Parmesan and the seasoning packet created a high sodium level. Another found the gravy unpleasant and suggested serving it on the side rather than over the meal.
  • Suggestions: If you are sensitive to salt, consider reducing or omitting the pancetta and Parmesan, as the mash and chicken seasoning already contribute significant saltiness. Serving the gravy on the side lets each person control how much they use.
