• Meanwhile, roughly chop tomato.
• Microwave large wraps on a plate in 10 second bursts until warmed through.
• Spread the middle of the wraps with lean beef mixture, tomato, baby spinach leaves, some corn chips and Cheddar cheese, leaving a 4cm border around
the edges.
• Fold the edges of the wrap over the filling to form a pentagon shape, pressing gently to seal.
Little cooks: Take the lead and help assemble the wraps!

• Heat wraps in a sandwich press for 2-3 minutes, until warmed through and cheese is melted.

• Cut cheesy lean beef crunch wrap supreme in half.
• Serve with light sour cream and remaining corn chips. Enjoy!
