Cooking Steps

Get prepped

  • Thinly slice garlic and long chilli (if using).
  • Zest lemon to get a pinch, then slice into wedges.
  • In a large bowl, combine peeled prawns, lemon pepper seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil.
Toast the ciabatta

  • Cut bake-at-home ciabatta into slices. Toast or grill to your liking.
Cook the prawns

  • In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Cook peeled prawns, tossing, until pink and starting to curl up, 3-4 minutes.
  • In the last minute of cook time, add the butter, garlic, chilli and lemon zest, tossing, until fragrant.
  • Remove pan from heat and add a good squeeze of lemon juice. Season to taste.
Finish & serve

  • Transfer garlic-chilli prawns to a serving dish.
  • Top with rocket and squeeze over some lemon juice.
  • Serve with toasted ciabatta and any remaining lemon wedges. Enjoy!
