(Contains: Eggs, Gluten, Milk, Soy, Wheat; May be present: Almond, Hazelnut, Lupin, Sesame.)
330 g
Chicken Breast
1 packet
Tomato Relish
1 packet
Mixed Salad Leaves
1 sachet
Peri-Peri Seasoning
(May be present: Gluten, Soy, Wheat.)
1 packet
Potato Fries
1
Tomato
2 tbs
Mayonnaise
(Contains: Eggs;)
1 drizzle
olive oil

• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced.
• Place potato fries on a lined oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt,
and toss to coat.
• Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes.
TIP: If your oven tray is crowded, divide between two trays.

• Thinly slice tomato into rounds.
• In a medium bowl, combine chicken breast, peri-peri seasoning and a drizzle
of olive oil.

• When the fries have 15 minutes remaining, heat a large frying pan over
medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
• Cook chicken, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through,
10-14 minutes (cook in batches if your pan is getting crowded).
• Meanwhile, halve bake-at-home burger buns and bake directly on a wire oven
rack until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
TIP: The chicken is cooked through when it's no longer pink inside.

• Spread burger bases with the mayonnaise and tomato relish, then top
with peri-peri chicken, tomato and mixed salad leaves.
• Serve with potato fries. Enjoy!
