- Preheat oven to 240/220C fan-forced.
- Add slow-cooked lamb shoulder (plus any liquid from packaging) and 1/4 cup of water to a baking dish. Cover tightly with foil, then roast for 22 minutes.
- Remove foil, then turn beef and roast until browned and heated through, a further 8-10 minutes.
