Cooking Steps

1

• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. • Place sweet potato fries on a lined oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with a pinch of salt and toss to coat. Bake until tender, 25-30 minutes. • Cut haloumi into 1cm-thick slices. In a medium bowl, add haloumi and cover with water.

TIP: If your oven tray is crowded, divide the fries between two trays.

2

Custom Recipe: If you’ve added chicken breast, place your hand flat on top of chicken breast and slice through horizontally to make two thin steaks.

3

Custom Recipe: Before cooking the haloumi, bring the pan to medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook chicken steaks until cooked through (when no longer pink inside), 3-minutes each side. Transfer to a plate. Season with salt and pepper, then cover to keep warm. Continue with step.

4

• Spread bun bases with the tomato relish. Top with mixed salad leaves, tomato, haloumi and caramelised onion. • Serve with sweet potato fries. Enjoy!
