• Slice bake-at-home ciabatta in half lengthways.
• Roughly chop semi-dried tomatoes and kalamata olives.

• Grill or toast ciabatta to your liking.

• On the bases of the ciabatta, spread goat cheese, then fill with sliced smoked
ham, olives, semi-dried tomatoes and rocket leaves.
• Drizzle over balsamic glaze (see ingredients).
• Spread basil pesto on the other half of the ciabatta bread before closing
the sandwich.

• Halve smoked ham, goat cheese and pesto deli sandwich, then divide between
plates to serve. Enjoy!
