Large Frying Pan

Cooking Steps

Get prepped

• Remove wire racks from oven. 
• Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced.
• Roughly chop kale. 
• Finely chop garlic. 

Cook the kale

• Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat with 
a drizzle of olive oil. Cook kale and garlic until 
softened and fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Transfer to a 
bowl and season to taste with salt and pepper. 

Cook the chicken

  • Cut chicken breast strips into 2cm chunks. Season with salt and pepper. 
  • Return frying pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook chicken breast until browned and cooked through, turning occasionally, 4-5 minutes.

TIP: Chicken is cooked through when it is no longer pink inside.

Bake the pizzas

• Place large wraps directly on wire racks,  
rough-side down. 
• Spread tomato sugo (see ingredients) evenly 
across large wraps using the back of a spoon. 
• Top with cooked kale, shredded mozzarella, 
cooked chicken and Parmesan cheese. 
• Bake until cheese is melted and golden, 
10-12 minutes.


TIP: Placing the pizzas directly on the wire rack helps 
the base to crisp up.  

Make the hot honey

• While the pizzas are baking, in a small  
microwave-safe bowl, combine a pinch of chilli 
flakes (if using), the honey and a drizzle of white 
wine vinegar. Microwave in 10-second bursts, until 
warmed through. 

Finish & serve

• Drizzle hot honey over cheesy chicken and kale 
pizzas. Slice to serve. Enjoy!
