
Elevate the humble green bean with a scattering of crispy bacon bits and drizzle of zesty lime for a vibrant dish packed with mouthwatering texture and taste.

• Trim green beans and slice in into thirds. Slice lime into wedges. • Thinly slice garlic. Cut bacon into 1cm pieces.
• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. • Cook bacon and green beans, until golden and tender, 5-6 minutes.
• Reduce heat to medium, add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. • Remove pan from heat and add a generous squeeze of lime juice. Season to taste.
• Transfer blistered bacon green beans to a serving bowl. Serve with any remaining lime wedges. Enjoy!
