• Preheat grill to high.
• Cut deep slices across bake-at-home ciabatta, taking care to not slice all
the way through, in 1cm intervals.

• In a medium bowl, combine basil pesto, Cheddar cheese and
Parmesan cheese.
• Push cheesy pesto mixture into bread slices and wrap in foil.

• Place rolls directly on wire racks in the oven and bake until heated through,
8-10 minutes.

• Transfer basil pesto pull-apart ciabatta to a serving dish. Enjoy!
