• Cut Asian greens in half lengthways. • Add Asian greens, trimmed green beans and a splash of water to a microwave-safe bowl, then cover with a damp paper towel. • Microwave veggies on high until just tender, 2-4 minutes. Drain and return to bowl and season with salt and pepper.
• Meanwhile, thinly slice spring onion. • Heat a large frying pan over high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. • When oil is hot, cook beef strips, tossing, in batches until browned and cooked through, 1-2 minutes. • Remove from heat, return beef and stir in Teriyaki sauce, a slash of water and sesame seeds, tossing beef to coat.
• While beef is cooking, microwave rice until steaming, 2-3 minutes.
• Divide rice and steamed Asian greens between bowls. Top rice with Teriyaki beef. • Spoon over any remaining sauce from the pan. Drizzle sesame dressing over steamed veggies. Sprinkle over spring onion. Enjoy!
