Trim broccolini and snow peas. Cut lemon into wedges. Heat a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add broccolini and a good dash of water. Cook until tender, 4 mins. Add snow peas and cook for 1 min. Add a squeeze of lemon juice, season and transfer to a plate.
Meanwhile, place Aussie spice blend and chicken in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss. Return frying pan to a high heat with olive oil. Cook chicken until cooked through, 3-4 mins each side.
While chicken is cooking, prick a few holes in potato container. Zap potatoes until soft and steaming, 3 mins. Plate up chicken, potatoes and greens. Serve with smokey aioli and remaining lemon wedges.
