• Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat • Cook prawn wontons until starting to brown, 1 min • Add the water (1/4 cup for 2 people / 1/2 cup for 4 people) be careful, it may spatter! Then cover pan with foil or a lid and cook until wontons are tender, 4 mins • Add Sichuan garlic paste, turning to coat, 1 min
• Trim and roughly chop pea pods. • Chop cucumber and long chilli (optional)
• In a bowl, combine slaw mix, pea pods, cucumber, Japanese dressing, ponzu and sesame dressing. Season • Serve up slaw and dumplings • Top with chilli and coriander
