• Season beef generously • Heat olive oil in a frying pan over high heat • Cook beef for 2-3 mins on each side, or until cooked to your liking • Transfer to a plate to rest

• Chop zucchini. Trim and halve baby broccoli • Return pan to medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil • Cook zucchini and baby broccoli until tender, 4-5 mins • Add mustard to your taste and toss to coat • Season to taste

• In a bowl, place mashed potato microwave until hot and steaming, 3 mins. Season • Slice steak • Serve up steak, mash and greens with béarnaise
