Cooking Steps

Get prepped
1

• Finely chop or grate onion.

• Thinly slice radish. Roughly chop cucumber and tomato. Pick parsley leaves. Slice lemon into wedges.

Prep the pitas
2

• In a large bowl, combine lamb mince, onion, and Middle Eastern seasoning, then divide into 2 equal portions per person.

• Halve pita bread to form 2 pockts per person, then microwave on a microwave-safe plate until warmed through, 1 minute.

• Gently open pita pockets, then fill with mince mixture. Close, then press to spread to the edge and make it evenly flat.

Cook the pitas
3

• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook pitas, pressing down lightly with a spatula, for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy.

TIP: The meat is spread thin, so it cooks quickly!

Finish & serve
4

• In a large bowl, combine radish, cucumber, parsley, and golden goddess dressing. Season to taste.

• Divide Lebanese lamb arayes stuffed pita between plates. Serve with lemon wedges, chopped salad, and yoghurt. Enjoy!
