Grill: Remove chicken from its packaging. Slice chicken into thin slices and grill on high for 3 minutes. Microwave: Remove chicken from its packaging. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Oven: Preheat oven to 180C. Remove chicken from its packaging. Place chicken breast on a lined oven tray and cook until heated through, 15 minutes.
