- In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken tenderloins until browned and cooked through, 3-4 minutes each side.
- In the last 1-2 minutes of cook time, sprinkle Cheddar cheese over chicken and cover with a lid so cheese melts.
TIP: Chicken is cooked through when it is no longer pink inside.
- While chicken is cooking, halve bake-at-home burger buns and toast or grill to your liking.
- Thinly slice tomato into rounds.
- Spread burger bun bases with garlic aioli and Dijon mustard.
- Top buns with cheesy chicken, gourmet leaf mix, tomato rounds and tomato relish.
