NOTE: this recipe is designed to be cooked with your child under adult supervision. • Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Grate red apple.
• In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce and the water. • In a medium bowl, combine pork mince, red apple, Aussie spice blend, fine breadcrumbs and a good pinch of salt. • Using damp hands, roll heaped spoonfuls of beef mixture into small meatballs (4-5 per person). Transfer to a baking dish.

Little cooks: Join the fun by helping combine the ingredients and shaping the mixture into meatballs!

• Cut potato into wedges. Place on a lined oven tray. • Drizzle with olive oil, season with a pinch of salt and toss to coat. • Bake until tender, 25-30 minutes.

Little cooks: Help toss the wedges. TIP: If your oven tray is crowded, divide between two trays.

• Meanwhile, drizzle meatballs with olive oil and turn to coat. Bake until browned, 15-20 minutes. • Remove from oven, then pour over BBQ sauce mixture. • Turn the meatballs to coat, then bake until sauce is slightly thickened, a further 5-6 minutes.

• When meatballs have 10 minutes remaining, thinly slice zucchini into sticks. Trim green beans. Finely chop garlic.

5
5

• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. • Cook diced bacon, breaking up with a spoon, until slightly golden, 1-2 minutes. • Add green beans and zucchini and cook, until tender, 4-5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.

• Divide wedges, baked pork and apple meatballs and bacon-garlic greens between plates. • Serve with garlic aioli. Enjoy!
