Baby Broccoli

• Trim baby broccoli. Halve any thicker stalks lengthways. • Trim green beans. Halve lemon.

• Add green beans, baby broccoli and a splash of water to a microwave-safe bowl, then cover with a damp paper towel. • Microwave veggies on high until just tender, 2-4 minutes.

• Drain veggies then return to the bowl with a good squeeze of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

• Divide steamed lemon green between plates. Enjoy!
