• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
• Cook beef burger patty until just cooked through, 6-7 minutes each side (cook in
batches if your pan is getting crowded).
• In the last 1-2 minutes of cook time, sprinkle Cheddar cheese over patties and
cover with a lid (or foil) so cheese melts.

• While patties are cooking, halve bake-at-home burger buns and toast or grill to your liking.

• Thinly slice tomato into rounds.

• Spread burger bun bases with garlic aioli and Dijon mustard.
• Top buns with gourmet leaf mix, tomato, cheesy beef patties and tomato relish.
• Divide cheesy beef burgers between plates and serve with corn chips. Enjoy!
