•Large Non-Stick Pan
•Baking Paper
- Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced.
- Place potato fries on a lined oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and toss to coat. Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes.
- In the last 5 minutes of cook time, sprinkle crispy seasoning over fries, then return to oven and bake until golden and crispy.
TIP: If your oven tray is crowded, divide the fries between two trays.
Little cooks: Help season and toss the fries!
- When fries have 15 minutes remaining, season beef burger patty generously on both sides with a pinch of Nan’s special seasoning, salt and pepper.
- In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook patties until just cooked through, 6-7 minutes each side.
TIP: Cook the patties in batches if your pan is getting crowded.
- In a medium bowl, combine mixed salad leaves with a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Halve bake-at-home burger buns, then bake directly on wire oven rack, until heated through, 2-3 minutes.
- Spread bun bases and lids with the mayonnaise. Build the burgers with some salad, a beef patty and mashed avocado.
- Serve with pre-cut potato fries. Enjoy!
Little cooks: Take the lead and help assemble the burgers!
