Little cooks: Help wash the veggies!

and cooked through, 2-3 minutes each side.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
• Season to taste with salt.
Little cooks: Help with sprinkling over the salt!

• To a microwave-safe bowl, add broccoli and
a splash of water, then cover with a damp
paper towel.

• Slice fish (if preferred).
• Divide crumbed fish, sweet potato chips, broccoli
trees and veggie sticks between plates.
