How to Cook Rigatoni
Rigatoni is a beloved staple in any pasta recipe collection. The tube-like shape holds onto sauces, making every bite flavourful.
Cooking rigatoni is simple, and you can use it as a base for your Italian recipes like the beef rigatoni Bolognese recipe.
As with most pasta dishes, rigatoni is best served al dente, and you can pair it with any sauce. If you want to cook the best rigatoni pasta, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Boil water in a saucepan with ½ tsp of salt.
Step 2: Add the rigatoni pasta to your boiling water and boil for 10-12 minutes.
Step 3: Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander.
Step 4: Pop the pasta back in the saucepan, add olive oil and stir to stop it from sticking together until you are ready to add it to your sauce and other recipe components.
