• Set your air fryer to 200°C.
• In a medium bowl, combine gnocchi, paprika spice blend, half the Parmesan
cheese and a good drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
• Place gnocchi into air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden,
shaking the basket halfway.
TIP: No air fryer? Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Place prepped gnocchi on a
lined oven tray in an even layer. Bake until golden, 20-25 minutes.

• Meanwhile, roughly chop baby cos lettuce.
• Halve snacking tomatoes.
• Thinly slice cucumber into half-moons.
• Cut chicken breast into 2cm chunks.

• In a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over high heat.
• When oil is hot, cook chicken, tossing occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 5-6 minutes.
• In a large bowl, combine caesar dressing and dill & parsley mayonnaise.
• Add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, crispy gnocchi and remaining cheese, tossing until well combined.
TIP: Chicken is cooked through when it is no longer pink in the middle.

• Divide crispy gnocchi Caesar salad between bowls.
• Sprinkle with chicken to serve. Enjoy!
