Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Grab a bowl. Add chicken, spice blend and a drizzle of olive oil. Season and toss. Cook chicken until cooked through, 3-4 mins each side. Transfer to a plate and cover. Meanwhile, halve cherry tomatoes.
Return frying pan to a medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Add veggie mix and cook until softened, 3 mins. Add the couscous and toss until heated, 1 min.
Remove pan from heat and stir through spinach, tomatoes and a good squeeze of lemon juice. Season generously. Plate up couscous and chicken. Top with fetta, yoghurt and dill.
