When will my box be delivered?
Your Christmas Box will be delivered on Thursday December 21st, Friday December 22nd or Saturday December 23rd, depending where your delivery address is.

We'll send you an SMS on the day before your scheduled delivery to let you know your 1 hour ETA delivery window.

If you're already a HelloFresh customer, please note that your Christmas Box delivery may differ from your usual weekly delivery time. To check when your box is scheduled, log into your online account and click on the delivery calendar.
Are the recipes really that easy to follow?
Yes! Our simple recipes and handy preparation and timing guide make cooking an easy, foolproof process.
Do I need to have any ingredients at home?
You'll need some basic pantry items - like butter, oil, salt and pepper, vinegar, milk, honey, eggs and brown sugar.
