The 2021 Food Trends report uses internal data based on the recipe choices made by HelloFresh AU customers. It compares a nine month period, Week 1 to Week 39 2021 (1st January - 30th September 2021) and Week 1 to Week 39 2020 (1st January - 30st September 2020 ). Supplementary data was included to provide a wider context to the AU’s food trends. Search volumes are based on the average number of searches per month for a query using data from SEMrush. Search increases were found using data from Google Trends over the nine month period between 1st January - 30th September 2021.
