HelloFresh x House of the Dragon Giveaway (“Giveaway”).

By participating in the Game of Skill conducted by the Promoter, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of entry set forth here below (“Conditions of Entry”):

Promotional Period

Commencement Date: 23 June 2026 9.00 a.m. AEDT

End Date: 31 July 2026 11.59 p.m. AEDT

on the www.hellofresh.com.au site.

(“Promotional Period”).

Eligible Entrants

To be an “Eligible Participant” in this Giveaway, you must:

be an individual of age 18 or above;
be an Australian resident; and
have a valid HelloFresh account registered on www.hellofresh.com.au during the Promotional Period.

Acknowledgement of Eligibility

By participating in this Giveaway, you undertake and warrant that you are an Eligible Participant.

How to enter:

To enter the Giveaway, using the entrant’s HelloFresh account, the entrant must:

Select at least one (1) or more recipes from the House of the Dragon collection
Scan the QR Code provided on the recipe card using their mobile device or any other device that is able to read QR codes and follow the link, and
Enter their details, and
Complete the survey, which includes the following two (2) questions:
1. What is your favourite recipe from the House of the Dragon collection and why?
2. What would make you a great Dragon rider and why?

The entrant can only enter through the HelloFresh website (“the Site”) by clicking the link provided on the competition page during the Promotional Period.

For the avoidance of doubt, the entrant will only need to complete the survey and answer the questions one (1) time, and may select as many recipes as they like from the House of the Dragon collection in their weekly order during the Promotional Period.

All entries are free of charge.

HOW TO WIN

Judging Details

The entrant(s) whose entry is judged by the Promoter’s panel of judges to be the most creative, and to have also selected at least one (1) recipe from the House of the Dragon collection will win the Prize.

The Promoter and its panel of judges may, in their absolute discretion, decline to award any or all Prizes, including where the judges determine that the entry is not of publication standard.

Chance plays no part in determining the Prize winners.

All prizes will be drawn on the date listed below at the Promoter’s office located at 5-13 Queen St, Chippendale NSW 2008.

The Promoter’s decision as to the winners is final and shall not be subject to any dispute by any Eligible Participant or any third party.

Notification & Announcement of Winners

Winners will be notified via email and/or telephone.

All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winners and fulfil the prizes. However, if the prize is not claimed in seven (7) days from initial contact it will be considered forfeited and the Promoter is entitled to redraw a new winner without liability to any person.

The new winner will be notified via email and/or telephone.

Location for all draws, including any redraw for an unclaimed prize will be at the Promoter’s location of 5-13 Queen St, Chippendale NSW 2008.

Unclaimed prize draws for any of the prize winners (major prize and minor prize) will be redrawn after fourteen (14) days from the date of the initial prize draw.

The Promoter may announce the winners publicly, including but not limited to its website, social media platforms, and other third parties’ websites and platforms the Promoter deems fit (“Public Channels”) within 30 days from the dates of draw and any redraw.

By participating in this Giveaway, the winners consent for their information to be shared and/or displayed on Public Channels, without notice.

Any winner from SA will have their last name, first initial and postcode published where the prize value is above $250.

If a winner does not wish to have their details published (i.e. name and postcode), a request can be made by contacting us via our website at hellofresh.com.au/contact.

Conditions of Prize

Proof of age and residency may be required to claim the prize.
The prize can only be used by one customer on one occasion. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and not valid for any add on, extra or special range products. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Further Conditions of Entry

The entrants agree and acknowledge that they have read and understood these Conditions of Entry and that entry into the Giveaway is deemed to be full acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
The Giveaway will run during the Promotional Period, commencing on the Commencement Date and ending on the End Date. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt and may not be subject to dispute.
Only valid entries of the Eligible Participants will be accepted during the Promotional Period. No entries shall be subject to entry fees.
Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter and companies/entities directly associated with the conduct or management of this Giveaway (“Employees”) are not eligible to enter in this Giveaway. "Immediate family member" shall include any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse (domestic partner), child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister. If any prizes are won by any Employees or their immediate family members, they may be forfeited.
If any winner is unavailable or does not take or claim a prize within the timeline as specified by the Promoter for any reason, such winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and the Promoter in its sole discretion, may cancel the prize or redraw a new winner.

Unless otherwise set out or determined by the Promoter, the prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail value of the prize (inclusive of GST) as at the date of announcement of the Giveaway and these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter shall not be held liable in the event of any discrepancy in the value of the prize after that date.
If a prize (or portion of a prize) is unavailable the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that portion of the prize) to a prize of similar or greater value and specification, subject to written directions of a regulatory authority (if any).
The prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry provided the name and the details match the details provided in the Promoter’s customer accounts. Any entry made on behalf of an entrant or by a third party will be invalid. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner. The Promoter’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
By entering into this Giveaway, the entrants acknowledge and agree that the entrant’s personal information may be collected, used and/or disclosed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy: https://www.hellofresh.com.au/about/privacy.
If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry in the event of any inconsistency. To the greatest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not in any way be held liable for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.
Nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
If any aspect of this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, theft, destruction, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, suspend or modify any prize without notice and without liability to any party, subject to State or Territory regulation (if applicable).
The Promoter is entitled to validate and check the authenticity of entries and the entrant’s details (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) at any time. In the event that a winner cannot provide satisfactory evidence as required by the Promoter to validate their entry, the prize will be forfeited in whole and no substitute will be offered. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-adherence with these Conditions of Entry and the Promoter’s decision will be final and conclusive.
The coronavirus (Covid-19) has been declared a worldwide pandemic and entrants/winners/companions who undertake travel, or attend an event, associated with the Promotion/prize acknowledge the contagious and unpredictable nature of Covid-19 and participate in a travel prize or attend such event at their own risk. The Promoter is not responsible for any consequences arising as a result of an entrant/winner/companion’s decision to participate in a travel prize or attend an event associated with the Promotion/prize.
To the largest extent permitted by applicable laws, the Promoter, its associated agencies and related bodies corporate (bear the meaning as conferred under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Giveaway or acceptance or usage of the prizes.
The winners agree to participate in and co-operate as reasonably required, in all reasonable publicity and marketing activities relating to the Promotion/prize, including but not limited to being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed. The winners authorise the Promoter to use any such contents and material for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes worldwide in perpetuity, without notice and further reference or compensation to them.
No failure to enforce any right herein stipulated by the Promoter constitutes a continuing waiver of the same or a waiver of any other right.
The Promoter shall not in any way be held liable for any tax implications relating to the prize and the entrances acknowledge that they will seek independent advice with regards to any tax implications relating thereto.
