How flexible is it? Am I locked in!?
We run a flexible subscription with no minimum term or lock-in plans. Swap meals, change your delivery and skip or pause weeks in your online account!
What if I’m not home for my delivery?
No problem! Just provide us with instructions on where to put your box. We’ll send you an SMS reminder the day before delivery with a tracking link and our drivers will attach a picture of where your box was left.
What if there are certain foods I don’t eat?
Every recipe comes with nutritional and food allergen information. You can find this online when selecting your recipes and you’ll see that their a range of proteins, naturally gluten free and vegetarian recipes to choose from.
How will my food stay cool?
We carefully handpack all your sensitive ingredients in insulated cool pouches with ice packs to ensure freshness. Plus, our fully refrigerated vans keep your box cool in transit!
