Halve cherry tomatoes. Thinly slice cucumber into rounds. Roughly tear pearl bocconcini.
In a large serving bowl, place cherry tomatoes, cucumber and bocconcini. Season with salt and pepper.
Just before serving, top the prepped salad ingredients with themixed salad leaves, creamy pesto dressing and a drizzle of olive oil. Toss to coat. Season.
