• Preheat oven to 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Cut potato into fries. • Place on lined oven tray. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and toss to coat. • Bake until tender, 20-25 minutes. TIP: If your oven tray is crowded, divide between two trays.

• Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine chicken tenderloins, Aussie spice blend and a drizzle of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. • When fries have 10 minutes remaining, in a large frying pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. • Cook chicken tenderloins until browned and cooked through, 3-4 minutes each side.

• When fries have 5 minutes remaining, thinly slice tomato into rounds. Slice bake-at-home burger buns in half. • Place burger buns on the oven tray with fries. Sprinkle bases with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake until heated through and cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes.

• Spread burger bun bases with some garlic aioli. Top wih tomato, chicken and mixed salad leaves. • Serve with fries and any remaining aioli. Enjoy!
