popcorn kernels
(May be present: Milk, Tree Nuts, Peanut, Sesame, Soy. )

butter

Zest lime, then juice. In a small microwave-safe bowl, add the butter, lime zest and juice and chilli flakes. Microwave the butter mixture in 10 second bursts, until melted.
In a large frying pan or saucepan with a lid, heat 2 tbs of olive oil over high heat. When oil is hot, add popcorn kernels and immediately cover with lid. Cook, shaking occasionally, until kernels have popped, 1-2 mins. Transfer to a large bowl.
To the popcorn, pour over lime-chilli butter. Season generously with salt. Toss to combine and serve.
