This week, enjoy seared beef rump drizzled with Bearnaise sauce, plus garlic-herb potatoes and mustard greens. Unfortunately, this week's mashed potato was in short supply, so we've replaced it with roasted potatoes. Don't worry, the recipe will be just as delicious! Heads-up - you'll need a microwave for this recipe.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Season beef generously and cook for 2-3 mins each side, or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate to rest. Slice before serving.
Chop zucchini. Return pan to a medium-high heat with olive oil. Add zucchini and beans and cook until tender, 3-4 mins. Add mustard to your liking and toss to coat. Season.
Meanwhile, prick a few holes in potato container. Zap potatoes in microwave until soft and steaming, 4-5 mins. Plate up steak, potatoes and greens. Serve with bearnaise.
