pepper-parsley diced beef
cos lettuce leaves
baby spinach leaves
mini flour tortillas(ContainsGlutenMay be presentSoy)
creamy pesto dressing(ContainsMilk, Tree Nuts, Egg)
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. Cook beef, tossing, until browned, 2-3 mins.
Meanwhile, chop tomato, cucumber and lettuce. Grab a bowl. Add tomato, cucumber, lettuce and baby spinach. Dress, toss and season.
Now, zap tortillas in 10 second bursts until warmed. Spread pesto dressing over tortillas. Top with salad and beef. Scatter over mint and fetta.
