Heads-up - you'll need a microwave for this recipe.
honey-soy diced chicken breast(ContainsGluten, Soy)
sesame dressing(ContainsGluten, Soy, Egg, SesameMay be presentMilk)
Asian stir-fry mix
long red chilli
microwavable basmati rice(May be presentGluten)
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken, tossing, until browned, 3 mins. Reduce heat to medium, add stir-fry mix and cook until softened, 3 mins.
Meanwhile, slice cucumber and chilli (if using).
Now, zap rice until steaming, 2 mins. Plate up rice, chicken, veggies and cucumber. Dollop with sesame dressing. Scatter over crispy shallots, chilli (if using) and coriander.
