chicken-style stock powder
deluxe slaw mix
crunchy fried noodles(ContainsGlutenMay be present Tree Nuts, Milk, Peanuts, Sesame, Soy)
microwavable basmati rice
sweet & sour sauce(ContainsGluten, SoyMay be present Milk)
Japanese dressing(ContainsSoy, Sesame)
• Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat • Cook pork until cooked through, 3-4 mins each side • Add ginger paste, sweet & sour sauce, chicken stock and a splash of water, turn to coat and cook until fragrant, 1 min.
• Slice cucumber. Cut lime into wedges • In a bowl, combine mayo, dressing, a good squeeze of lime juice and a drizzle of oil • Add slaw mix and crunchy noodles • Season and toss.
• Microwave rice until steaming, 2-3 mins • Slice pork • Plate up rice, slaw, pork and cucumber • Serve with torn coriander and remaining lime wedges.
