Cooking Steps

• Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. • Cook beef mince (no need for oil!), breaking up with a spoon, until just browned, 3-4 minutes. • Add Tex-Mex spice blend, and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. • Remove from heat, add a splash of water and mix to combine. • In a large bowl, combine deluxe salad mix, a drizzle of white wine vinegar and olive oil. Season.

• Microwave mini flour tortillas on a plate for 10 seconds bursts until warmed through.

• Build tacos by spreading tortillas with BBQ mayo, then top with salad, Texan beef and Cheddar cheese to serve. Enjoy!
