crumbed chicken tenderloins(ContainsGluten)
roasted potatoes with garlic herb butter(ContainsMilk, SoyMay be presentTree Nuts, Crustacea, Egg, Fish, Gluten, Lupin, Sesame)
cos lettuce mix
balsamic vinaigrette dressing(ContainsSulphites)
shredded Cheddar cheese(ContainsMilk)
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and cooked through, 2 mins each side. Top chicken with tomato sugo and sprinkle with cheese. Turn off heat, cover and let cheese melt.
Chop tomato and cucumber. Grab a bowl. Add salad mix, tomato and cucumber. Dress, toss and season.
Meanwhile, prick a few holes in potato container. Zap potatoes in microwave until soft and steaming, 4-5 mins. Plate up chicken, potatoes and salad.
